Cancellation & Refund Policy
NEO RISERS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:

A. For Workshops, Live Classes, or Creative Learning Modules (through CreatoFit):
Cancellation requests will be accepted within 1 day of booking.
Once a live session has started or access to course materials has been granted, cancellation or refund will not be possible.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

B. For DIY Learning Kits or Physical Products:
Products are fulfilled through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).
All cancellations, replacements, or refund requests must follow the Amazon Merchant Policy.
Neo Risers Private Limited and CreatoFit are not authorized to directly process such requests made outside the marketplace system.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs how Neo Risers Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, stores, uses, and protects data related to users of the CreatoFit App, website, and associated services.
We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of children, parents, and all users, in accordance with:

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, camera roll, or microphone inputs.

Personalize the child’s creative fitness journey
Improve educational outcomes and app performance
Communicate updates, offers, or new learning modules
Ensure parental consent and child data safety
Provide technical and customer support
We never sell, trade, or misuse user data.
3. Parental Consent & Child Safety
As CreatoFit is designed for children, we adhere to strict child protection standards:
Parents/Guardians must provide consent for account creation.
Children cannot register independently or share personal data.
Parents can review, modify, or delete their child’s data anytime.
The app includes no open chat, public forums, or social networking features.
If data from a child is found to be collected without verified consent, it will be immediately deleted.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We may share limited data only in these cases:
With trusted service providers (analytics, cloud hosting, educational modules) under strict confidentiality agreements.
With legal authorities when required by court order or law.
Within Neo Risers Group for product quality and innovation purposes.
All partners comply with Indian and international child privacy standards.
5. Data Retention
We retain data:
As long as your account remains active, and
As required by applicable Indian laws for compliance and audit.
Inactive or deleted accounts (after 12 months) are securely anonymized or erased.
